Description of Work: Tony came to my house and was very nice and pleasant to talk to. After 3 or 4 visits Tony was unable to fix my TVs and then proceeded to say that I then was required to re-pay the shipping and handling, back shipping and handling, and restocking fee because their company couldn't afford to be charged for such costs. I had already paid for the home visit, paid for several small parts that I was told were free of charge however I paid because Tony pointed out how many times he works for free and he was not doing that well financially. My TVs didn't get fixed I spent over $100, and now I am doing REALLY not so well financially. Thanks for nothing |

Description of Work: Tony did work on two different flat screen televisions and was able to diagnose the problems and correct them for a very reasonable price. He also did work on a computer presentation that was having issues and he was able to solve those problems as well. He is prompt,professional and personable.

 + -1 moreThis fellow is experienced smart and doesn't try to sell you anything you do not need. Our TV fans are fine, and so is the switch controlling the lamp door, the two most important parts that could cause our TV to overheat.

Description of Work: Had some connection problems and Tony came out the day we called, and fixed everything for us. Also recommended a couple of items which we have followed through on and are very pleased. We will DEFINATELY call these people again should problems arise and/or we need other service or hook-ups. He did a great job very quickly and efficiently and was personable and professional. Cost was reasonable for work he performed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

 + -1 moreJoe Bettis of JB Technologies installed the system. He installed equipment I did not need. He did not set it up correctly, and the system would not work. I tried calling him for 3 weeks, left several messages daily for him to please call. He never did return my calls. Tony Dallas of Get the Picture In Home Repair spend 3 days diagnosing and fixing the mistakes made by Joe Bettis. Tony Dallas explained what he was doing as he was doi8ng it, and he trained me to problem solve the system in the event the componets stoped communicating to hime. Tony Dallas of Get the Picture In Home Repair was very responsive and very fair in his pricing. I will not hessitate to use hima again.
Description of Work: Had problem with 3d home theater. The various components would not talk to each other reliably. Joe Bettis of JB Technologies installed the system and did not set it up correctly, and he would not return my calls. Tony Dallas of Get the Picture In Home Repair came diagnosed the problems and was able to fix it so it now works reliably. He was responsive, charged fairly, and was easy to work with.
