We waiting for over an hour for the cleaning service to show for the scheduled appointment, we finally contacted them, and they explained they had car problems. We understood. However, it would have been nice had they contacted us earlier to reschedule the appointment. They rescheduled for the following week and then wanted to reschedule yet again which caused some conflict in schedules. The service was average at best and done in ninety minutes and should have taken three hours. Also, the guy walked through the middle of conversations with other vendors without excusing himself. When it came time to write a check we asked the name of his service, and he snapped back with “I gave you my card” as though we would recall. So, if you want subaverage service with an attitude this is your company.
