Gale blew the insulation in our attic last February. Seemed like a straightforward job and we thought all was well. Until the first warm days of Spring arrived. When we turned on our air conditioner it made odd noises. We called our HVAC company who came out and discovered INSULATION packed all throughout our furnace, the blowers and the coil. Apparently the unit didn't make noises when the heat was on because the fan for the heater runs at a slower speed than for the AC. Upon investigation we discovered a visible gap in the return air duct in our attic. Before Gale did the job they looked in the attic and seemingly ignored the gap. Then they proceeded to fill our return air chase with insulation when they insulated the attic. It is costing $1200 to have the insulation removed from the return air chase and have the furnace cleaned out and repaired. Mistakes happen. I get that. But, instead of honestly working with us and the HVAC company they pointed fingers, assigned blame and took no responsibility. Bottom line - the furnace and AC worked fine before the insulation was blown in. Afterwards it didn't. Seems like an odd coincidence. I prefer companies that work through problems and take responsibility for their mistakes.

They did a great professional job from start to finish. It's a great system and I saved over 50% of the cost over spray foam and batt material that I would have done myself. This sytem is impossible to beat. Low cost and high R value is unbeatable.
They did a great job and cleaned up thier messes. I would use them again anytime.

They had a pretty difficult job underneath the house putting in some insulation. They had to be called back a second time because they didn't finish part of it. They were very willing and sincere about it so I felt pretty good about it. I did have to have somebody go in and take a look and they hadn't completely finished what they needed to do. They had the lowest price of all the estimates I got. I don't know about the quality because all I have are pictures and I couldn't crawl underneath the house. The first morning they didn't show up and I had made a special trip there. He did apologize. I would probably use them again.
