Sales person was helpful on site, but a little slow to follow-up with order updates. Replacement-part sales person was not knowledgeable of dealers obligations to order replacement parts, and was very slow to follow up with the manufacturer and with me. Ferguson has a good line of products and a very nice showroom, but their service could definitely be improved.
