The pricing was good. Quality was very good. They really messed up to begin with, but they did come through in the end. They promised me a carpet that they didn’t actually had in stock and so the carpet did not come in and I had to end up going with something else.

This review is specifically for Bill, who works there as one of the sales guys. He was incredibly helpful with our choices for flooring. He also owns his own company to do the install. Once we made a decision one which floor to buy, he installed the floor with his son and did a GREAT job.
This was also a job that was being done because of an insurance claim, and he was incredibly helpful with dealing with our insurance company so they paid for half of the entire install.
I would recommend Bill to anyone.

Sales representative assured us that they only used the best materials. The prepresentative mentioned specific materials and then delivered very sub-standard materials.
