Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel
Steven H showed us a bath that was beautiful and would have loved to get it but I was only looking for a cheap insert. Steven and Dabella are a great company and I would definitely recommend them.

Had an appointment for an estimate. The first appointment they were 30 minutes late. Then the App they use for measuring didn't work. Waste if my time. They called twice again and talked me into another appointment BIG mistake!. Waited 40 minutes before I called.. come to find out they never booked the appointment after talking me into it!;figured it's a sign to not do business with them

Signed contract May 22 with install date of 9/21 or sooner. On 9/23 they finally called stating installer was injured and we were #1 on the list for another site to install. Here we are 10/18 with no further contact from them. Have called 3 times and all I get are statements that an email is sent to the schedulers. I am even told that they have identified email as URGENT but obviously this makes no difference. Used phone and chat but they are not returning my calls nor any other contact. Seriously considering cancelling this contract at this point as they have been HORRIBLE since they received the deposit. I was so excited for new windows now I am almost certain I will hate anything they do.

Going on 2 months since we were supposed to have windows installed. I understand some of the dates can be estimated but we spoke to the salesman in April and were told to expect the install end of June. Mid- July is here and we’ve had no contact. Keep in mind you are expected to be available during install so for folks working full time that means being able to take time off. I called mid July and they said “Your windows are here but the contractors are a couple weeks out, you are looking at beginning of August” So Mid August I had to call, nobody answers, we have to leave a voicemail and they call us two days later. “We have a contractor coming down from Portland Aug 15-19th and you are on the list.” Here we are two weeks later and still no contact. I called earlier this week was once again, transferred to voicemail and received no call back. Called today was transferred from person to person and what do you know the person I need to speak with is unavailable… I’m supposed to wait for a call back. For the price we agreed to pay you would think they would treat their customers better. I just want the windows installed or to receive our money. This is very unprofessional.

I am kicking myself for not using DaBella for the master bathroom. Once the materials arrived (Supply chains are even affected bathroom remodels) the shower was useable less than a week later. Jim, the installer, and his assistants were so polite and always kept me informed of what they were doing. They made sure everything was covered and cleaned up there messes. They could teach other contractors a thing or two. The complete installation took less than two days and looks amazing. The tub is a lot sturdier than the one that was removed. The walls fit well and the total affect is beautiful. I am impressed with their work. I will definitely be telling others. They are worth every penny spent.

The representative sent was obviously just a salesperson for the company. After 14 slides out of 54 on his power point presentation we asked him to get to the final number. He tried to tell us we had mold in our attic roofing plywood and the attic was sweating. 4 other roofing companies told us this was a scare tactic to get additional money. Attics, due to the heat, will have pitch on the beams. Way over priced - by $20,000 - $24,000 - as compared to other recommended roofing companies. Finished product looks pretty in the pictures but not worth the price. We obviously did not use DaBella
