Ralph Cluff returned my call promptly, set up a visit within the week, showed up on time, and did a thorough job examining the fuse box and wiring in both my home and studio/garage. He answered all questions and explained things well. He even ended up installing a ceiling fixture where I had been unable to identify the wiring and afraid to do it myself. High recommendation!

Ralph is a very personable young man with knowledge and expertise beyond his years. He is very well outfitted with tools in his large van/truck. He didn't waste any time and worked very efficiently. He was very considerate in warning us when he had to shut down the power to the house when he was making connections to the service box.. He wired the generator to an automatic switch that automatically switches off the utility company power line and changes the house to generator power when the utility company power fails.
