After attempting to solve this problem (Better Business Bureau) I filed a small claims suit and won, however when I checked to see the possibility of receiving any compensation I was shown 10-20 people who had won claims before me.
Claudine works out of her home, only takes cash and I suspect does not report her income. She has the worst reputation of any company in the Valley & I have lived here all my life (59 yrs.)
