Requested a coffee table top. After over a month of excuses why it wasn't ready, I requested my money back. They refused. After almost 2 months I finally received it, and the measurements were totally incorrect. If you can get your glass needs anywhere else, I'd highly advise you do so.

I have those double pane windows, and it took thirty minutes to make sure it wasn't leaking again, and I got it back for $28.

Very well. They accepted paperwork from my insurance company and I was only charged the amount of my insurance deductible.

After taking in my car to Bill's Glass and Windshields with a very small half inch chip at best, I was returned a car with a windshield with about a 20 inch crack. I was told im the unlucky 1% of their so called 99% success rate and that I now need a new windshield. This was the exact thing I paid their company to fix to avoid buying a new windshield. I do believe Monica and the secretary I talked with did what they could. HOWEVER Mike the manager more less laughed in my face and advised me to pretty much deal with it. Obviously too focused on making more money than dealing with the unlucky 1%. Beware of this company as they have at some point lost their way as far customer service.

The gentleman showed up at 7:45 for an 8:15 appointment. Early is good I guess, except a half hour early without a call mean we could have been caught still getting ready. Plus, the gentleman said that he had been told the appointment was 8, not 8:15. It seems like a letting the customer know you're going to be early would be nice, and telling your installer the same time you tell the customer would be nice as well. The price was a little higher than I would have liked, I was expecting closer to $60, but at such a low cost I didn't feel the need to shop around too much as he was already at the house and willing to do it. The gentleman was very nice, pleasant to talk to, but it would be nice if they put down a drop cloth and took the old glazing with them, or into the trash. It's hard to clean up scraped out glazing off the ground. All in all, not a bad experience. I would use them again for small projects as they were fast and easy, but if I was doing anything much bigger I'd probably shop around in case.

What a pleasant shock to have service done quickly, efficiently and at a reasonable price. In today's world a real rarity. Not a fancy place, but just what we needed to get the job done. Can't say enough good about them. Thanks

See above. I accidentally gave all the information in one place and don't want to retype it all. Can't seem to cut and paste.

it is great, we have got compliments on how it looks, and it has saved us lots of clean up time....so easy to clean up spills. And the beveled sides are smooth so no chance of getting cut. It looks great on its own and holds table cloths real well

I took my car to Bill's Glass as I wanted to support a local business as opposed to something nationwide like Safelite. The windshield was a replacement paid for (minus the deductable) by the insurance company. When I drove up for my appointment and parked my car, an employee was just coming out of the front door of the building and SPIT on the sidewalk. I think he was chewing tobacco but I can't be sure as I really didn't want to look (he did have a bit of a protruding lower lip). THIS was my first impression. I checked in the car and they kindly offered me a shuttle back home to wait until the work was done as it would take a few hours. When I got in the car, I couldn't believe how DIRTY the car was. Totally icky and I didn't even want to touch anything. I don't know if this was an employee's personal car or a company car. There was paper, gum wrappers, and food wrappers all around the car. Then I noticed the windows. For a glass company, the windows on this car were filthy. After the work was done, I got into my car and there was residue from a sticker right in my line of sight. They didn't even clean off the window properly.
So in conclusion: The window was installed properly, to my knowledge it doesn't leak, I hear no rattles, and there were was NO damage done to the car during installation. BUT, the service this company provided, and the totally unprofessional spitting by an employee in front of a customer on the sidewalk in front of the door, totally turned my stomach. I know there are other businesses out there that can install a windshield with better customer service and NO ick-factor. That's where I'm going next time.

Was generally pleased with service. There was a bit of a snafu dealing with the shelf brackets--the wrong number was ordered. But, the company came through eventually and made good on their quote.
