Asked for a quote on a simple job - replacing a fitting where my bidet was attached to the water line. The guy gave me a reasonalbe sounding estimate of $275 and then came out. He looked over the situation and said it would cost an extra $100. I told him I would been quoted for the job and he told me that was only for driving up to my place! I let him know I was not happy but did not make a scene, yell or cuss at him. I gave him the extra money just to get it done. Now, I got a call related to an Angi search about a new problem. They gave no estimate over the phone but did tell me the estimate would be free. I was not sure if it was the same company I'd had the problem with before but I figured it would not hurt to get their estimate and would not get taken again. The guy came by, got half way up my driveway, then backs out and drives away. Minutes later I get a call declining the job because they would done work for me before and were not interested! yelp score is 2.3!

When I talked to Rory, I described a very simple project - just replace the valve fitting on the end of a copper supply line to my toilet. He told me it would be about $175 for the house call. But when Andrew arrived, he saw that the job was exactly as I'd described - but claimed the $175 was only for driving to my house and the actual work would cost an extra $100. What was I to do at that point? These people know they've got you in a pinch now and that you will probably agree to the extra charge because, by this point, you're pretty desperate to get the water back on. When I called to complain about the charge, I actually got Andrew on the line. He was blunt, rude and disrespectful. I'm sure he's heard this very complaint before and was ready with his "I told you the price, you agreed, I did the job" line. Until I hung up on him. Do not trust these people.

I had an amazing experience with Jack. He spent a lot of time working on my house and would not leave until I had my water back on and running. Great conversation and overall great service. Jack was knowledgeable, a good listener, and skilled. He arrived right on the estimated time and following a call to let us know he was on his way. He took time to ask the kind of questions and look at the various fixtures that would be involved in determining our low pressure issues. Then he flushed our system, checked filters, reactivated our softener (which had stopped working, unbeknownst to us). They had estimated our costs prior to coming out and the services provided matched thei estimate. This was our second experience with this plumber, and we'll be regulars.

Not a good experience at all . They didn t want to be here and one of the guys drug a big box across my Trex deck and scratched up the deck with a staple from the box I ve tried to get it up but it s dug into the decking . Not happy at all, one of the young men was very nice the other one was the problem!

"This job was completed in late March 2019. The feedback provided is dated September 14, 2019, this is the only feedback we have received from the customer. The work was done to the customer's satisfaction at the time of service. We pride ourselves at meeting our customers' needs and as our overall feedback shows we are very good at doing that. If the customer had contacted us closer to the time of service we would have tried to resolve any issues. We have, however, addressed this issue with the techs that were on the job in March, even though it would have been better to address it closer to the time of service."

Had two other little jobs and would have been thoroughly impressed if they would have done one of them at the time. I would have paid for his time, didnt expect it for free. But they preferred to have me request another service call. They would have won me over by fixing a leak, and my next big project, add a second bath, would have went to them. The work they did was fine. But I want to do business with a company that will provide excellent customer by going a bit above.

"Unfortunately the techs time slot is based upon the job requested at the time of the call. The other issues were not emergencies and the techs schedule did not provide the time for completion during the initial service call. As the customer stated the opportunity was offered to set up another time slot for the work. We would have taken care of the additional work had we know before hand or the techs schedule had not been so full that day."

"Customer called for a sewer blockage in kitchen sink line. Could not clear from sink drain, needed to clear from vent pipe. De-water under house in order for access to vent pipe. Started de-watering. Returned and finalized de-watering, cut vent pipe for access/cleared clog. Repaired vent pipe. Water was due to ground water; sold customer de-watering pump at cost and included discharge pipe for free. Customer was pleased at time of service."
