Greg was the subcontractor on our 600k plus home. He installed out custom tile shower. One month after our 1 year warranty we found standing water in the adjacent closet. Greg came out and said you fault because grout cracked. I have now had 3 independent general contractors come and say it is faulty workmanship and that the shower pan failed because of the method he used to construct it. Greg offered to replace 5 tiles but we were own our on for everything else that is damaged and needs to replaced. Now we are footing the bill for more than 8k in repairs not to mention inconvenience. My advice look for a better contractor before hiring him. Let our misfortune be a warning to all.

All work was finished on schedule. They are all very professional, arrived when they said they would be here. Great to work with. The pictures with the black counters are before the work. I wanted lighter colored granite to lighten the kitchen up.

. ..It went very well. Greg Thompson accompanied us to a large kitchen display business and showed us different types of granite finishing, and different sinks and installations of same. He then accompanied us to Oregon Tile and Marble (another excellent company to work with) where we had selected our granite, and tentatively selected our glass tile. OTand M Helped us coordinate the tile with the granite and Greg took it from there. He had done all the measurements at our home and ordered exactly what we needed. We picked out our sinks, but they were delayed somewhat in the shipping (no fault of Greg's). Once we received those the job started. The job was done quickly. There was almost no damage to our kitchen cabinets. The cabinets had been painted 12 years ago when the house was built and we were concerned they'd be scratched in this job. That didn't happen. The original island top had to be shimmed up for the granite requiring that scribe (moulding) had to be put on all around the island to hide the shims. Greg was able to match the paint to the old cabinets perfectly for the scribe.
The glass tile was the last thing to be completed and turned out beautifully. We are very happy with the job American Eagle did.
In a perfect world our job could have been done from start to finish in a little more than a week. Our kitchen was tied up approximately three weeks). We understood that we were a small job, and what with the delay in the sinks, the workers weren't there everyday. The excellent job we received and what it cost us made any delay worth the wait. We requested estimates from five different companies and they were all within just dollars of each other.

Workmanship adequate. Very poor follow through. Some area's incomplete. Difficult if not impossible to contact. Never use again.
Disappointing. Needed to hire another contractor to complete the job. Disappointing, expensive.
Concrete splatters on house, no clean up. No pressure wash that was promised on new concrete.
Storage shed door opens in, $300.00 to another contractor to remove and replace with door that opens out - freeing up storage space. Nice fence, but when posts were topped of excess height, pieces were left where they fell for us to clean up.
Several calls made, not returned ! Contact promised, didn't happen,
All told, incomplete, unsatisfactory performance. Would never use again or recommend to anyone !

I would hire American Eagle Home Improvements again. Their prices were very reasonable. They were very pleasant and easy to work with and I think fairly meticulous. I would recommend them to other people. They tried hard to please me.

They were friendly, helpful and efficient. They are good and really affordable. They don't do crappy work. I need a sliding door fixed and will probably call them, because I need someone who knows what they are doing. They sometimes give a price that they contract for, but will throw in a lot of extra things as well.
