We have a rental with ten year old carpet. The last tenants had been there nearly 4 1/2 years and we thought we may have to replace the carpet. We decided to have the carpets cleaned to determine the extent of the damage first. Leon Grogan, Owner of ALW Cleaning, arrived on time and proceeded to begin the cleaning process. I have had carpets professionally cleaned before or at least, thought I had. The carpets were soiled, and Leon spent nearly three hours on the carpet. I'm not sure what all the processes were, but there were several.We were amazed at how the carpets turned out. They were beautiful, and we agreed with Leon that the carpets had more life left in them than we originally thought. I always thought carpet cleaning was a one or two step process, with marginal to good results. Whatever Leon did, these carpets came out beautifully. They looked new again. I would gladly recommend Leon to anyone looking for a quality carpet cleaning. We are glad we found him.
