Horribly. After 10 years we have leaky roofs, leaky gutters, asphalt that is deteriorating, and numerous projects we needed to finish ourselves due to the lack of supervision by Winsome Homes. The finish work is rough instead of smooth due to a poor paint job. They used pine instead of cedar for exterior trim without our knowledge. Exterior areas were not finished properly and we already have dry rot. Do not hire this company to build a home for you. They are cheap, the general manager is lazy, and they cut corners wherever possible.

To give the short of it; we feel we spent a lot of money and did not receive what what we thought we would get for that amount of money.
We ended up terminating the contract with Winsome and now finishing the project ourselves.
