 + -1 moreI was very pleased with the communications between Robert and I. When underlying issues were found, Robert immediately notified me and was able to manage around unexpected delays. Some serious dry rot was uncovered during prep, resulting in the need for unexpected repair. Robert had no issue working around this delay.
Description of Work: He prep and painted a two story house, and two outbuildings in rural setting. The house had not been painted for 10-12 years.
