She is very reliable and I would use her again without hesitation.  At the beginning of our association she came over and explained to me on how her service worked.   She is easy to talk with and at the same time is professional.  She  gave me printed information regards her service which was good to have and refer to.   This  meeting was the first time I met her and I needed to make an evaluation if I could trust her with my home and dog.  I had gotten her name and number from an ad in my vet's office.  I decided, yes, this would work and I was right.  We had written contracts so that the was no doubt as to the dates and times she was needed.  She has a key to my house and can handle my home alarm.  She has been very trust worthy.
In particular I can tell she was kind to my dog.  Buddy is an older Pomeranian and has accidents from time to time in his kennel area.  He was getting over a urinary infection.    She'd clean up  the messes as best she could as well.  She would always leave me a note at the end of the day letting me know how it went, what they did and  also asked any questions she might have.  It all went smoothly.
I do recommend her without hesitation and will use her service again.

I have used Peace of Mind multiple times over the past three years and I am always very pleased with the service provided. My mail is always brought in and placed in the bin on my kitchen counter, the litter boxes are clean and the room they are kept in is swept/cleaned of any tracked litter. The spa is always balanced which indicates the tablets are put in as requested, my plants are always alive and healthy; and my cats are healthy and happy. Additionally, my home is always secured (locked and exactly as I left i - certain lights left on, etc.).
On the dates of scheduled visits, Lori (Peace of Mind provider), always texts me and lets me know that she has been by the house and that the cats are well and the house is secured. I greatly appreciate this bit of extra effort.

We would highly recommend Lori. She has been pet sitting our elderly cat for the last couple of years when we would be gone for an extended period. Our cat, Rudy, loves her. Lori is extremely reliable and competent. We completely trust her in our home when we are gone. She even accomondates our cat's demanding needs, and spends one on one time with him giving him affection.

You definitely will not have to worry when you have Peace of Mind Pet and House Sitting. I didn't think I could leave my Yorkie with anyone but the way Heidi loves Lori, we know she's having all her needs cared for. We have a large kennel cared for hunting dog so it worked best for us for Lori to take Heidi home with her and come and feed and exercise the kennel dog. We can leave to go on vacation knowing both our pets are getting the best of care.

I liked them. They came over a holiday weekend. The woman was very responsible and she did a good job taking care of my cats. My house was beautiful when I came home. This was the first time I used them.
