Northwest Tree Care

My wife contacted Northwest Tree Care for an estimate for work consisting of trimming two trees, cleaning gutters and treating the roof with moss remover. She met with the owner " Jason" on 10/08/2015, reviewed the work to be performed, received an acceptable estimate, and scheduled the work to be performed the following week.
On approximately 10/12/2015 a crew trimmed the two trees, but they did not cut and stack the firewood sized limbs as agreed upon, and they did not treat the roof or clean the gutters. We assumed that there was a reason that the work was not completed and they would contact us to explain, or return to complete it.
As of this date (12/22/2015) we have not heard from Jason, or his representative, and numerous messages we have left have not been returned. We are at the end of the rainiest December on record in western Oregon, and the gutters on the subject house are completely plugged with leaves.
I have never written a negative review before, but we are very frustrated by this man's failure to complete the work as agreed upon, or respond to any of our numerous messages

Jason and his crew were outstanding! We had overgrown low hanging tree limbs. Jason reviewed what needed to be done to trim up enough so that a gravel truck could manuever under the trees. Jason was very personable, outgoing and professional.  On the day of trimming, his crew of two, spent the day trimming trees. After checking with my preferences for what to do with cut trimmings- some of the cut wood was left neatly stacked, while  other was chipped and removed from the property. The area was raked, blown and left very very clean, and so much better than before the work was started.  The crew was exceptional- working through out the day, while also friendly and informative. Everyone seemed to truly enjoy what they were doing. 
We have a number of trees beyond the driveway, and are hoping to have Northwest Tree Care return for some more trimming this year.
