They sold me a new set of tires and mounted them on my rims, with balance, etc, but I took the wheels home and put them on the car myself. I must have gotten distracted, since I did not properly tighten the lug nuts on one wheel. The lug nuts loosened and a noise developed, and for days I tried to find the cause. I took it to Les Schwab and they told me it must be a bearing that they pointed out, and that the work was beyond what they do. So I took it to a Honda dealer and they discovered that it was simply loose lug nuts, and a couple had actually fallen off! They charged me a few dollars for new lug nuts.
Even though the problem was caused by MY dumb mistake, I think Les Schwab should have found it.
