The installation was great. The floor is the worst. It has a finish that I cannot get clean. I have been in touch with them and they, so far, have not been very cooperative. When I inquired about putting in a new floor (with some consideration from them on price) Jeff told me it would cost $2200. I told them that I thought they could do better, since I came to them because they are a nice local store, and I wanted to do business with local people. Nothing. Then I suggested that they contact the manufacturer to see if they would help and see if the floor was defective. We are at that stage now, no new floor, waiting on Fjelland to get manning to replace the defective floor. Finally got them to contact the manufacturer and they put in the new floor and removed the old one for a small charge. I am happier than before, but not with their service. I was very disappointed.
