Rob and Jesse were early for the scheduled appointment. They were very through and detailed and took the time to explain to me any of the concerns they found. The report was very detailed and had pictures to back up their report. This was the third inspection that I have had done with Rob and I would go with no one else. They inspect with integrity and will not leave anything out. They are honest with everything they find.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Find a different inspector at all cost (because they are costly). When you get a home inspection done, it is understandable to have things done properly and inspected properly- but these are not your folks! We had an inspection done on our home by this company. When they left, our home was not how we left it. Our blinds were messed up (tilted and almost broken), we had items on the floor of our shower that were broken, our rugs were all moved, our outside table was moved, the dishwasher was left on and running, our towels in our bathroom were used, and there was insulation on all of our clothing and floors from them crawling inside and not cleaning up. I do have multiple pictures of these items on my phone that I took to show our realtor. She did apologize for what they did but does not fix the issue. They are super unprofessional. Now onto the inspection report - In the report this company went as far as to say the entire house needed to be completely repainted because the updated paint did not match the weathered paint which is 12 years old (this updated paint was matched as closely as possible and was repainted from cement boards being caulked from cracking due to weather). The report also complained about all screens in the house needing to be replaced because they were slightly bent, due to them being taken out for cleaning of the windows. Our realtor said this was outrageous because the screens were not damaged at all and are still in working order and that this is common for people who do clean their windows. While in the attic space, there was a very small fungus found the size of a baseball and said a professional needed to repair this. We got estimates from two companies, both of which said this was ridiculous and they could not believe this came up on an inspection because there is nothing to do for it. Both companies told us all they would do is wipe and clean it for us which we as home owners, can do ourselves and there was no need for this to come up on an inspection report. These are the major things I will point out, but there is a list of issues with this company both we and or realtor agree to. (Our agent also has the photots of things they broke and left touched in our home.) All and all, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

It was our first home inspection process and it went very smoothly. Robert explained everything in detail, let us know what the priorities were to get fixed, even gave us advice on how to repair or fix things. We are glad we paid for a sewer scope and we received video to show to the sellers we are purchasing from. Very helpful.
I would definitely call Robert again for our next home inspection.

Rober King is a very friendly, informative individual.  He really cares about giving his customer the best inspection.  I was in the back of the house looking around and when I came out to the front of the house he was already there. I was suprised to see him there 15 minutes early.  He is soooo easy to talk to and is not in a rush to get the inspection over.  During the inspection I told him some of my projects I plan on doing if we actually buy the house.  He had excellent professional advice to give me on my projects that would definitely help and that I will use.
He went around inside the house and tested everthing that operates:  Turned the stove on to make sure it works.  Turn all the faucets on to make sure they work and no funny colored water is coming out.  Tried to turn on the jetted tub but it wouldn't work.  Turned on the dish washer, the washer and dryer, all the fans, opened and closed all the windows, opened and closed all the doors, all the while talking to me about what he is doing and answering any questions with the patience of jobe.  He was at the home for almost about 3 1/2 hours.  We even had a long conversation with my wonderful real estate agent from Better Homes and Garden. 
He made it an easy experience and would and will use him again.  My real estate agent had not heard of him before and she was very impressed and will be recommending him to other buyers. 

Overall we were very pleased with the inspection, the detail of the report and Rob's availability after the inspection for questions and clarifications. He is a very nice man, and seemed to genuinely care about his job and the quality of it.
