Excavation
There's an art as well as skill when it comes to excavating for a home, and determining septic location. Jerry understands the lay of the land and knows all the regulations. He also has great rapport with the authorities who can favorably or unfavorably affect the build; e.g., the Yamhill County folks and the utility folks. He immediately developed a great relationship with our builder; it's very important for the two of them to have the same vision and get the home started with the right foundation. To add to our delight with Jerry's work, is that he adjusted his estimate downward when the work went faster and easier than he had planned. We couldn't have asked for more.
