Dan was very professional and efficient in providing a quote and scheduling the job. Quoted on 8/24 and completed the job on 8/26. Two of his employees performed the work in approximately 4 hrs. I have severe water spots on some of the lower level windows which were difficult to clean. Dan called that evening to see if I was satisfied with the work. I mentioned the water spots so he returned that evening and re-cleaned 3 of the windows including one window that was inadvertently missed. My windows look much better. I am looking forward to seeing if the hydrophobic coating makes a difference in preventing the water spots. I would use Dan's services again.
