I would give Jim more than 5 stars if I could. He’s done multiple projects for us interior and exterior. His attention to detail is fantastic and I’m picky!!! Prep work is great and our home was always cleaned up after. I’ve always been super happy with his finished product..

They arrived @ our arranged 8:15 AM starting time, and I was highly impressed by their professionalism, expertise, and work ethic, in performing ALL their painting tasks. They were self-starters, who did their jobs professionally, without complaint. As a matter of fact, I could not believe they were done with with my job by 12:30 PM, which is my lunch time. And the painting looks great. I would be honored to have them do any future painting work for me - anytime.

Communication was terrible. Never knew when he was coming. Took over 3 weeks of him saying he was coming and a week to finish the deck. Wrote nothing down as far as a contract. Stained the deck the wrong color but denied it was the wrong color. We are stuck! The workmanship was good, however.

Do not like giving negative reviews but the dog of the painters killed one of our rabbits (ripped open the cage) and chose not to return my messages or answer the phone call or even tell us what happened, while my kids were thinking the rabbit was loose and hopping around injured since they found blood. Instead, he noticed the rabbit dead took it and never said anything to us about it. My neighbor confronted him when she saw him and he admitted to it. He did not say a thing until I brought it up when paying him. You can be the judge to hire. It is not about what happened, it is about how he handled it. All he had to do was answer the phone or inform me about the incident. We understand animal instincts, obviously, no integrity for his human.

He was a pleasure to work with, came out and got the job done quick and well! I’m very happy with the work done and the customer service.

Overall communication was top notch. He was competitive on pricing and went over the top to make sure we were happy with the end result. Which required some color modifications, which Jim was always ready to do. I highly recommend Baker Creek Painting.
