It turned out to be a bigger job than anyone thought at first. All the existing flooring, floor joist and wall plates had to be removed and replaced because of dry rot. Frank did a very good job. And we would recommend him to anyone. He was very cooperative, and willing to work with us as far as the work needing to be done.
