AT THE TIME, THEY WERE THE ONLY ONES THAT I KNEW TO CALL. THE QUALITY WAS GOOD BUT COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER. IT COULD HAVE BEEN MORE PROMPT. IT TOOK THEM A WEEK OR TWO TO SERVICE THE COMPUTER AND GET BACK TO ME AND TELL ME WHAT WAS WRONG.

THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK WAS REALLY GOOD. WE HAVE BEEN TAKING OUR COMPUTER THERE FOR YEARS. THEY HAVE A LOT OF BUSINESS. THEY HAVE COMPETITIVE PRICES.

EVERY TIME I'VE BROUGHT THE COMPUTER IN, WHICH IS THREE TIMES, I BRING IT HOME WITH A NEW PROBLEM OR THEY SAY THE OLD PROBLEM IS FIXED AND IT'S NOT.
