They phone the night before to remind you about the next day pick-up. Your order is brought back the following day, hung on your door. I found their service worked great for us. They were responsive, professional and very customer service oriented. I also liked the fact that they are ECO friendly. Door-to-Door has certainly spoiled me. I would recommend them to anyone and know that they would be well taken care of.

Items are picked up on the same day at about the same time each week, and the items are delivered the next work day. The service is terrific. The items are delivered to and from a door hanger and water-resistant laundry bag with a personalized tag, which is supplied by Door-to-Door for a nominal fee. Items are left in the bag and then delivered the next day on the hook. Always clean and dry. A bill is mailed once a month. No extra charge for the delivery. These guys are the best!
