W ROGER WALSH HOME IMPROVEMENT

Very well.

Went very well, he arrived on time as promised each day, took the time to do the job correctly, not short cutting steps, and not getting in a hurry.  His goal was my goal, to get the job done as soon as practical, with it being done correctly.
He offered options as the project progressed, gave me sizes I asked for to order some vinyl, and when he was finished, he went the extra mile to finish up the painting in a way that made the place look very nice...  No spills, no paint across borders, all paint was contained where it was supposed to go... In short, he took the time to do things correctly.  
We discussed refinishing the cabinets, and he recommended a wipe on conditioner instead, thus saved me a lot of money.  It took me about an hour to do the job myself!  
All in all I am VERY satisfied with him.  This is the second time I have used him, but it won't be the last...  He is on my permanent call list for any projects.

Roger determined how many of the supporting pillars would need total replacement and custom milled those. He sealed the bases of the wooden pillars where they met the cement supports upon which the pillars rest. He replaced the flat roof of the carport. He primed and painted everything to match the house. 
Roger gave us an honest assessment of what needed to be done and what it would cost. No surprises there. He showed up when scheduled and called if he was going to be late. He is a very pleasant man with a knowledgeable manner who explained the hows and whys of what he would do. His work is highly professional. I would not hesitate to use Roger again and I highly recommend him to others.

Went very well.  Roger helped me make decisions on color.  He made swatches of several colors so I could see what they would look like.
Then painted the whole outside gray with white trim.
I have been very pleased with his work.
He was extremely pleasant to have around the house.  Very professional and did a super job.

Roger is affable, agreeable, and has a wide knowledge of home repairs. He declined to bid on installation of wood flooring because he had not done that in years and thought we could find someone

I'm a do-it-myself kind of gal, and I've painted houses in the past with a brush. However, arthritis is taking its toll. So, we hired Roger to repair rotted wood and paint our income property house. Roger let me do some of the prep work and trim painting, decreasing the amount of the final bill. I was apprehensive about having the paint sprayed on rather than brushed on, as I had always done in the past with excellent results. Roger applied an excellent coat of paint with the sprayer! The house looks great! I would hire Roger to paint my own residence rather than do it myself the next time it needs paint!
We also had to work around a wet, rainy August. Roger was extremely patient to work around the weather conditions. He always promptly answered any questions or concerns I had. He also gave me some pointers about the roof and gutters.

Roger returned my call the same day I called him. He came to my house and gave me an estimate that same day. Roger showed up when he said he would and did a terrific job prepping and painting exterior portions of my house.

He did excellent work and I was very pleased.

It couldn't have gone better. He did such a great job on the interior that I hired him again to do the exterior. He is very professional and really cleans up everything as he goes along.

Roger is a man who takes pride in his work. Dry rot had invaded the original carport on our 85 year old house. Roger came up with a plan and the skills to replace the flat roof and 4 out of 6 supporting posts. The posts to be replaced required bringing standard sized wood down to non-standard dimensions. Some of the exposed beams required lathe work to match exisiting beams. He advised me of what he wanted to do and why. He paid close attention to protect each segment of re-construction from the elements, priming areas which would not be accessible once put into place. He cleaned up the work site at the end of each day and hauled off all debris. Then he painted it with paint matching the existing color. It looks like new and is beautiful. Roger was timely, even dodging a rain storm to finish applying tar paper to exposed roof wood. Roger will definitely be my "go to" guy on any future home repairs. He's a nice guy and very easy to work with; highly recommended!

He was really good. He did a really good job for us. I would probably give him an A on everything. I would use him in the future.

He is an independent contractor. He did a lot of work other than painting. He was absolutely excellent.
