Jesse was very prompt returning my phone call and in showing up to gave me an estimate. This was especially nice since most of the people I called were not even returning my phone calls, or would say they would call back to set up a time to come look at it and then never call back. Jesse said it would take him a couple of weeks to work me in, but then when it rained a couple of days later he called and asked if he could come and replace the floor the next morning. He showed up right on time and had the job done that day. The job ended up being a little more involved than he first thought, but he still finished in one day. Jesse is very personable and easy to talk to.
