HORRIBLE. THE property owner actually told her off and wanted to cancel the contract. The provider said she must give the 3- day notice. The provider is holding the security deposit of the renter and has been collecting the rent checks. We will see if she turns these over to the owner/customer. I will be picking up those items from the provider as I am taking over any direct contact with this provider now that my daughter is already out of state. I am in the area. I have been involved with this process from the beginning and saw and heard bad reviews about this business and this person Sharon Brackett. It is also a Real Estate Business.
