 + -1 moreHORRIBLE. THE property owner actually told her off and wanted to cancel the contract. The provider said she must give the 3- day notice. The provider is holding the security deposit of the renter and has been collecting the rent checks. We will see if she turns these over to the owner/customer. I will be picking up those items from the provider as I am taking over any direct contact with this provider now that my daughter is already out of state. I am in the area. I have been involved with this process from the beginning and saw and heard bad reviews about this business and this person Sharon Brackett. It is also a Real Estate Business. MI hope a better business is somewhere near here, I have heard horror stories about the ones in Madras, OR.
Description of Work: This company is so bad….Rude, unprofessional and do not respond when a renter has an immediate problem such as no heat in the cold weather. Was supposed to manage property for customer and was very rude to begin with, but when it came time for the renter to call her, she did not call back. When owner called, she complained she was busy, etc. etc. etc. and the renter would need to call 911 should she have a problem like a water line break. The renter ended up calling a repair company and the owner. The provider said she had no one to do it and would call her back in 3 days from the time of call. Receptionist got the call passed to her and when customer wanted to talk to the owner, she just dropped the phone, put on speaker with the same woman.
