Wells Fargo Bank - Lincoln City

The amount of my employers direct deposit pay, issued from West Coast Bank, was more than the amount listed on my Wells Fargo deposit statement.
For the past two weeks I have been caught between two banks each insisting it was the other ones error.
After numerous phone conversations and logging a lot of time listening to bad "please hold, your call is important to us" music and subsequently being told to go back to the other bank I returned to Wells Fargo and was introduced to Ms. Fleck.
She made the time to call Wells Fargo Internal Banking System to verify the direct deposit amount.
After doing so she requested and received additional notification for me to present to my employer and their bank.
Ms. Flecks demeanor, in spite of my frustration and exasperation, was calm and courteous.
In this day and age, many of us feel as though we must not only do our jobs but those of everyone else.  Ms Fleck is a Personal Banker.  Although I am not wealthy enough to require he services of such that is exactly what I received due to Ms. Fleck.  She actually produced something in order to assist me in resolving an issue that was not of my or her establishment's making.  
Ms. Fleck is a young woman but she works the old definition of responsibility and professionalism.
