+ 0 moreMat and his crew are a great bunch to work with. Much of my project was myself doing the demolition and removal of old siding, sheathing and windows, and him putting it all back. What we found as the walls were exposed was to be expected, poor construction and past remodels that were cobbled together, combined with years of exposure and dry rot due to neglect. They were great at replacing the troubled areas and sealing up the house. They know how to do windows (our home is very exposed on a hill overlooking the ocean). He has a crew that knows their stuff. .
Description of Work: Installed windows, flashing and siding. Addressed multiple dry rot areas. Re-framed where needed. .

+ -1 moreIt went great. It was a massive project. There were engineering issues, design issues, and zone issues to resolve. It was a very good experience. There was massive dry rot. Everything was replaced from the roof to plumbing to HVAC.
