Phone Service - Cellular
Broadband internet coverage has been very unreliable, for no apparent reason. If it crashes on the weekend, it is down until Monday morning. We very often lose signal at 8 am for anything from a few minutes to the rest of the day.
After requesting start of service following vacation hold, it took over 3 weeks to get service resumed, with many long phone calls with many service reps who each had a different "explanation" as to what the problem was. Many of the explanations were clearly not valid, we performed endless "turn this off" "unplug that" routines at their behest, and never did they admit there were on-going outages in our neighborhood during this period. It's finally working properly, for the most part, but if we had another provider available, we'd certainly switch. (Billing is another area of confusion for this company; at one point, we received a letter telling us we had three simultaneous contracts for service, each with a cancellation penalty.)
