PREMIERE FLOOR COVERING

I was able to order the flooring when I wanted (May); only paying half of the estimated cost at that time. Then Premiere worked with me to get the installation done when I wanted. They even let me take the floor sample again so I could match paint samples since I painted the room before the new floor was installed. The installers were able to come early and finished early. The installers were very friendly and knowledgeable. We paid to have them move our appliances and do all the prep work. They put everything back the way it was before they left. Our floor looks great!

I supplied the plywood, pre-cut to fit; supplied the linoleum and glue, pulled off the baseboard, pulled up the old linoleum, pulled up the metal and removed the tank of the toilet and shop-vac out all the water in the bowl.

I told the guy before he left that that was old base. He said I could always buy other (as in go into the shop) and walked away.

I email them and quot;John came this morning and did the job just fine. I though am not happy with the base. It looks like very old past its use-by-date base ie. chalky and yellowed. It doesn't match in any fashion either the white walls or any of the beiges in the linoleum. Would like different.and quot;

They replied and quot;The base that we installed was new and directly from the manufacturer.and quot; I say bull--onga. It was old - chalky and discolored. My husband was a floorcovering install for 17yrs till his death and I was for 3 till my lower lumbar herniated disc and hip damage so I know something about base.

I've had three people tell me we got and quot;rippedand quot;. Especially after learning that we provided the lino, and board, did a little of the work. One guy who himself has done a lot of base said the base was not good and it's install was sloppy (ie bad inside corners, oozing glue), which it was.

It was imo very very cheap of them to not redo or just resupply (pref) the base for me to install. 10ft.

They were excellent. The sales person came out to our home and measured and stuff and he was just very good at his job, very honest and forthright. The person who installed it did a great job and was very efficient. It was a good experience overall.

We contacted Premiere Floorcovering when getting ready to update our kitchen. I wanted tile flooring. Mr. Costello was very helpful in the selection. He then came to our house to take measurements and had a complete estimate right away. After choosing the file, we not only did the kitchen/dining area but a bathroom and two entry ways. The tile setter arrived on time each day, was pleasant and easy to work with and did an excellent job. I love my new floors. We are planning to have another bathroom done in the near future and intend to contact Premiere Floorcovering again when we are ready.

I spent probably $5000 or $6000 on that service. They brought the different flooring and bits and pieces. This was one of the last things I did as part of my kitchen remodeling project and I wanted to it done before school started, but it wasn't done till October. I used them before years and years ago.
