Very pleased. They were right on time with both appointments (estimate & job). They weren't the lowest bid but both Tom & Josh were great and took the time to described everything that was going on with the roof and exactly what they would be doing. Other companies that bid only looked at the roof and handed me the estimate. It was nice to get the extra personal care. Very happy with the overall job. Roof looks great.

We first used Tom's service 3-4 years ago. At that time he did a thorough job of removing the moss that was beginning to grow on our roof, and did it by hand, with gloves, so there was no damage to the roof.  Since then, we have had him come back every year to clean the roof of fir needles, inspect for moss (there has not been any since he first came), and apply a treatment to prevent moss growth. Tom always comes promptly at the appointed time and does a wonderful job.  In addition, Tom is very pleasant to work with and his prices are reasonable. We recommend him highly.

Tom was fantastic. His estimates are free! His work is excellent. He and his team were very professional, quick and cleaned up after themselves. He also came in under budget. Most important, he was very concerned about any special needs we might have. He discussed all our options with us and made sure we had the opportunity to discuss everything with our avian vet to make sure all products being used were safe for our cockatoo. He was most accommodating. I will definitely be working with him in the future.

I saw a listing on Craigslist and contacted Tom Smith via email, and he responded very quickly. (I did not have Angie's List at the time.) He came out to give us a quote for the work exactly at the agreed upon time. His price of $225.00 - 10% senior discount was very reasonable. His communication via email was very good, and It was easy to schedule the work at our convenience. He does the work himself, and he was punctual, polite, professional, and minimized the disruption to us while he did his work. He completed the work in four hours as promised. I would highly recommend him. I actually paid him more than he asked because of his great work.
