HIGH MOUNTAIN CEDAR INC

It was great, until it started raining!  We live in Oregon!!  The roof has been leaking ever since, especially around the skylights!!  There's a couple other areas that have leaked also.  The company changed names & ownership, but said they'd still honor the warranty, which they have not!!  They came out to try & repair the leaks, but they did not repair anything.  They have since ignored all of our attempts to try & reach them.  They would tell us they'd call back or be out, but did neither!  We gave up trying to get any response from them, which is probably what they were hoping for!  We had temporary repairs along the way since 2008 until last year when my husband was able to temporarily repair it, which got us through last winter, but it has started leaking again this spring!  The roof is still under warranty but the company has not provided any kind of service or repair that has stopped the leaks.  It should be redone, but they've ignored that request, also!!  We are so Thankful we didn't get the whole house done by these people!!!

They were referred to me from a friend. They were very good workers, stated they would put the gutters for free, but I feel like the gutters were not great hanging gutters. I have referred several people to them.
