I felt like he was extremely ethical!!! He didn't try to sell us anything! (This was unlike the former pest company who sprayed our windows twice with gooey and quot;all naturaland quot; insecticide - twice because it didn't work the first time - nor the second. We just had to have our windows washed.) So Sean was great!
I will definitely call him again if/when we have pest problems.
