It took over a month, and not one time did was I called to tell me what was happening. I specifically asked to be called if there were any delays or if the cost was over $150. I was the person who called them over and over, even after they told me they would contact me on certain day's. By the time I had received my mower my grass was a nightmare to mow (it was an all day event)! Usually it takes 30 minutes to mow my lawn. I was very disappointed. This was also my first time using Angie's List (who recommended them by rating's). VERY DISSAPOINTED!

I was very happy with their service. They were very friendly. It is a family run business. I have used them several times and I met with the mechanic who met with my mower. It is ancient and very hard to get parts for. They are very honest. They are very easy to deal with. They are very straightforward. I'd rather have someone tell me the honest truth, the fact ordering the part will take a long time. They seem like real honest people to work with. They are fantastic.
