Outstanding!! They responded quickly for the quote, got the new tub ordered and set up starting time and followup drywalling dates to get the work done as soon as the ordered tub arrived. They always let us know where we were in the process (tub took 3-4 weeks to come), responded quickly to get our job done so we could take over the rest of the bath remodel outside their scope.

Fantastic job, from estimate through to installation. Scott Darling at Buckmaster gave me a lot of information and discussed options (air source vs. ductless, brands and quality of equipment, sizing), then submitted a bid with three different pricing options. He also checked with the power company on requirements for their rebate and gave me information on federal and state tax credits. The installers, Jose and Robert, were very experienced, committed, detail-oriented, and personable. Cost of service includes the heat pump installation, duct work, and 3rd party inspection, but not the rebates.

Very friendly fast efficient did a great job in just a few minutes felt I got charged a little more than I should have for them only taking approximately 10 at the most to unclog it but I would definitely use them again

Our home warranty service assigned our work to Buckmaster Plumbing and Heating.  Their team kept us updated on arrival times and their plumber did an excellent job. 
We really appreciated being called when they were 30 minutes out.  Their work was thorough, prompt, and well done.  We would definitely use them in the future.

This is still an ongoing project but their bid was much less than their competitors. They have showed when scheduled completed the work promptly and worked with me on cost saving measures. We have passed city inspections in Crovallis which is one of the hardest in the state. I would recommend both the HVAC and plumbing services.

They came out, they were very nice but they couldn't fix my problem. We have a well and a water system coming in and we called them because we don't have any water. They couldn't fix it so we called the people that installed our water system. I wish they were upfront that this is not exactly what they do.

It's been a fair price. They did a good job. They were friendly and very professional. They knew what they were doing and they were very prompt.

They came within about 15-20 minutes of my call. The men snaked the drain and cleaned out the screens in the faucet. They put everything back as it was originally and cleaned up after themselves. They were clean cut and pleasant to talk with. The service was efficient.

We were without water for the weekend. They replaced the pipe on the next working day. My water has been working great since the repair.

I liked them because everybody else wanted to dig. They have the equipment and know-how to worm under the driveway and not tear the place up. They plumbed it and did a good job. They definitely back their work. One day I was doing my wash and the water just stopped. I called them right away and they sent someone right out. When he got there the water had started working, so he explained to me what he thought had happened. He still checked the whole system out. He took at least an hour and just charged me for the fee to come out. Everything else he did as a favor. He closed up vents that might be freezing my pipes. He was punctual, responsive, and professional. I use his services whenever I have a plumbing problem. If he comes out for one thing and I have other small problems he will fix them for me. He fixes everything on one call and does not have to keep coming back.

I was happy with them and they are going to be the ones I use for plumbing services. I could hear water running when there was nothing turned on. The first people I used did a crumby job where thing actually kept falling apart, but this company came and put everything back together. I sent just a few hundreds of dollars.

DUE TO AGE OF SYSTEM REPAIR NOT POSSIBLE AND TECHNICIAN WAS TO FIND OUT HOW MUCH IT WOULD BE TO REPLACE, IT TOOK REPEATED CALLS AND OVER A WEEK FOR THEM TO FINALLY LET THE WARRANTY COMPANY KNOW HOW MUCH IT WOULD BE AND CHARGED 252.00 FOR THIS ONE SERVICE CALL, WHICH WAS OUTRAGEOUS. THE TECHNICIAN THAT WAS OUT DIDN'T SEEM TO HAVE MUCH KNOWLEDGE, AND THE OWNER NOT MUCH MORE.

Old (original 1957) equipment failing, noisy, leaky. I requested bid for replacement unit from Buckmaster: several choices along price line. I selected best unit available. 2 week wait for delivery from manufacturer, but installed over following 3 days. Outdated plumbing and pumps replaced with new, clunker furnace removed, new furnace installed. Extensive testing and fine tuning. Conscientious cleanup of work area. Expert advice from technicians. Personnel have good attitudes and work habits. Heating system now works perfectly, lower fuel bills expected. Entire installation under quoted cost. High recommendation from this customer.
