I was out of town when our electrician let me know our old water heater was dead. I contacted Ken. By the time I got home that same day, we had a new water heater, and Ken had hauled off our old one. I appreciate his quick response, and I totally trust him to be in our home even when we're not there.

he gave many dates and did not show up this brought our project to a halt and had to wait for him he came one day and said he forgot his tool he needed left and did not come back for some time. he did show up one day and did miminal work left and did not come back i filled a report with the construction board and day before the hearing he showed up and finished the project since then the faucet has fallen off the house and we have to tie it up many other problems have occured its an on going situtation.
