 + -1 moreOur initial conversations with the company were straight forward and professional. The inspector was professional and on time. The downfall came with the lack of detail that the inspector examined and the unprofessional response from the company when they were questioned about items missed in the inspection (electricity panel, foundation integrity). The cost of the inspection did not provide us with equivalent info in making our home purchase. I don't expect an inspector to see every detail. I do expect that when a phone call is made after the inspection to clarify missed items that the customer is treated with respect rather than manipulated and queried. The running joke in our house is that our inspector told us we don't have a light fixture in the laundry room. Gee, could have told you that one! Now, how about that electricity or basement floor boards?
Description of Work: This company provided a basic home inspection prior to a home purchase. The inspection included all areas of the property that are typically considered in a home inspection.
