It s no secret that selling your house these days takes special care to get noticed and more than special looks to get a decent price. I should know I had my house on the market for 7 months before U-Stage-It owner, Diane Fisher, helped me with the staging. Within weeks of implementing Diane s staging plan, the house was sold for cash on the barrelhead for a price I could only dream of in the middle of the Wall Street Meltdown. Money is tight with a house sitting on the market so long I really appreciated how much less expensive it was to do it myself with Diane s help than having a staging company do it all. Diane was a delight to work with her bubbly personality calmed my frayed nerves, and her confident touch as an artist and designer brought out the very best in my little townhouse. I loved that she put photos of the house up on the web that told me just what to do in each room - very ecological way to do it rather than printing it out. It made it so easy to do what I have absolutely no gift for doing (comparable to teaching a giraffe to use a cell phone!) but Diane did it with good humor and grace. In sum Diane s service was affordable, fast, and effective.
