I am satisfied with their service.

On the bedroom, we were initially displeased with the stain on the base trim and door. We mentioned our concern, and Tim (the owner) vehemently AGREED with us, and redid it. He felt the second stain was not close enough, so he PERSONALLY redid the stain a third time. We were thrilled with Tim's high standards and commitment to doing the job well. All of the workers were punctual and professional. One in particular made such a positive impression on my 4-yr-old son, that my son would pretend to be him during creative play!Working with TL Remodel was a very positive experience.

Price and quote process went very well and the work performed was completed as promised. Tim was able to describe in detail what type of work was needed and how he was going to complete the work. During the process, Tim was willing to adapt new objectives and was still able to meet the completion dates. I would definitely work with Tim again and I would recommend his work. The clean-up could have been a little better as there were some areas left uncleaned and some materials left that should have been taken away.

I like their principal and he is a young guy, but he has basically been in business since he was 13 because his father was in the business. He does good work. His family is Russian. He hires a lot of middle and central Europeans who work for him. We found that their craftsmanship is excellent. I insisted on something fairly complicated for my kitchen. We had two different cabinets. The base cabinets were from one manufacturer and the upper cabinets were from somebody else. They handled that with no problems. They were professional from inside and out. He is way too busy just working in the area. He is pretty creative. I am an architect by training and I have my own ideas. He had his own ideas. The fact that he has his ideas is good and I have also used some of his ideas with the remodeling of the bathroom that we did. I like the way he schedules with sort of minimum inconvenience. They came out and measured all the cabinets. They got the cabinets built. They really didn't schedule the work until they were ready to go with the cabinets. The only thing that took long was when we had the granite tops put on and the granite guy didn't come out until the cabinets were installed. So, there was kind of a two-day wait for him to mill the granite and bring it back. Other than that, the whole job in the kitchen only took about three days. I think his pricing is fair. I am not sure if he is the least expensive person in the world. I know that he has been doing a lot of high-end work, but he is willing to take a small job for me because he has worked for me before. The bathroom job was pretty small and it was not high-end. I am delighted with the kitchen. My daughter is living in the apartment that we remodeled and she loves it. We are hiring them as a matter of fact to remodel a kitchen over there probably in about three weeks. They hauled everything up and swept up. I don't recall if there was any problem or debris.

We have been using them over the last three months. The quality of their work was excellent. They also stood behind their work.
