This was the second time we'd used "Bill the Patchman". His service is A+. The repaired spots aren't noticeable. He is timely, reasonably priced, and thorough in his prep and cleanup (since this was over our bed, cleanup was very important). We've used him before and will call him again!

He is very meticulous about what he does. He doesn't leave a mess, is very good at making things look really nice, and an all around perfectionist. We would have him back to do work for us anytime. He is a incredibly pleasant person.
