System Pavers after 1 day project seems to be going great. Hard workers on this team. Good communication

We hired System Pavers to install a paver patio for us a number of years ago. Originally we planned to do the work ourselves, but ultimately decided it would be better to hire professionals. Despite a high cost and assurances about drainage, it quickly became clear that the patio was not properly engineered to drain at all. The patio is a pond for most of the rainy season, and at times it fills up enough to reach the foundation of my house. I've contacted System Pavers numerous times about this issue with photos, they have agreed that it obviously doesn't drain properly, but they never follow through and solve the problem. Also, they obviously contracted the work out to another company (which was never communicated to us). We paid a lot for this patio, hoping to add value to our home, and instead it has caused nothing but headaches, and I worry that it will be an issue if/when we decide to sell.

System Pavers exceeded my expectations. The project manager Eric Fahland did a great job and the crew was fast and really did a very professional job! We live in Sherwood OR.

In October of 2024, one of System Pavers drivers rear-ended my car. While the driver was very nice, the insurance information I was given was either for a terrible insurance company, or the information was wrong. Neither me or my insurance company have been able to get any resolution, or even a call back, from Valley Forge Insurance. When we have contacted the System Pavers, we have transferred around and told to email HR. And, again, bo call back or follow through. It is April of 2025, SIX months later, and we STILL have an open case! As of this week, we have been told to contact a different insurance company than the one on the insurance paperwork the driver gave me. I don't know how well these guys lay concrete, but I would question how they do business and how they treat their employees.They have left me, and their driver, dangling in the wind.

We love our new patio and pathway! Everyone we worked with were fantastic! Excellent communication from start to finish. And the cost of project was fairly reasonable as well. We definitely will be using System Pavers in the future!

We recently hired System Pavers to replace crushed granite with pavers in our side yard where our garden shed is located. Everyone that we were in contact with throughout the process was professional; hard working and very considerate to our needs. Not only did they start the project a week early; but they were able to finish the project a day early! We couldn't be happier with the end result and would recommend System Pavers for your patio/paver needs.
