It was incredible. I was completely satisfied and I am a pretty critical dude. They did all that I asked, then through in a bunch of quality carpet cleaning and window cleaning I didn't ask for and then they even fixed the blinds that had been broken and stuck up for over a year. They found some cash under some trash I didn't know was there and left it. If I ever need another cleaning, this is absolutely where I am going.

So happy! Superior Housekeeping did an absolutely fabulous job and I would recommend them to anyone! They walked through the house prior to scheduling the deep clean. Every area of the house was evaluated and discussed. Then a week or so later, the team arrived on time for a deep clean. They exceeded my (very high) expectations. Some examples include cleaning the inside of the bathroom light that collected dead bugs, the underside of the kitchen cabinets covered with years of jam making gunk, lampshades and inside windows, etc. The monthly follow up was just at great at the initial deep clean.

They did an excellent job for start to finish. I’d hire the crew again. I was very impressed with their level of detail on the project. Thanks!

Stella and here team did amazing work for my terminally ill mother's apartment. In just 2 hours, they totally transformed my mom's place, which had become very dirty since she became ill. Stella was very responsive in setting up a time and the price was reasonable. Thank you very much!

I've used Superior Housecleaning for several years and absolutely love them! They are the only housekeepers who have done a good job without breaking anything. They're fabulous!

I was looking for a house cleaning service that could come in on very short notice to clean a lot of dirt, drywall dust and debris from a remodel. Stella responded promptly and came that evening to give a quote. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. We hired her on the spot and planned for her crew to show up at 6 AM the next morning. They were prompt and thorough. After 4 1/2 hours our home looked wonderful and we had not had to touch a thing. Such a relief after having lived in a construction zone for so long. Definitely recommend.

Stella (one of the owners) visited my home and gave me an estimate the day after I contacted them. She was very specific about what would be accomplished and met the team of three the first day at my house to walk through and show them what needed to be done. I have three little dogs, and everyone was very kind and good with them. The crew cleaned my house better than I've been able to do it in years! In fact, I thought one of my sinks was permanently stained but after they came it was totally clean. The inside of my windows were washed as well as the tracks, too! I can't wait to have them come again. I've booked them for a monthly service. Do yourself a favor and get this crew to your house.

Remarkable work! Stella responded within 5 minutes of searching, and was conducting a walk-through within 30! On cleaning day, she walked her team through the house, iterating our discussion and they got to it. There wasn't anything left unturned. I let my house go for a while - we were all way too busy for months - and they worked so hard and diligently. I'm not sure I have ever cleaned this well in two decades (and I was raised in a house that was spotless). At the end, Stella asks that you walk through and approve the work before payment. If there is something missed, just point it out and they will clean it! The rates are absolutely reasonable, the humans are incredibly sweet and respectful, and the work was outstanding, truly outstanding. Hire Stella and her team; doing so not only results in an amazing cleaning experience you are also supporting a woman-owned small business.

Excellent! They did a fabulous job getting my condo ready to sell. Will defiantly bring them back for the final cleaning before closing. She had a great, friendly crew who did a remarkable job.

Superior Housekeeping responded quickly with a visit to provide a quote, scheduled work within my client's timeframe, arrived on time and completed the work as promised. Crew of 3 worked for about 3 hours cleaning the interior and then another group came by to sweep the exterior areas...patio, sidewalk near front door, etc. Condo was 866sf, nicely remodeled with wood floors everywhere except for one carpeted bedroom.

Pros: professional, punctual, and willing to do additional tasks. Only gripe is I have to text the owner Stella before each cleaning to confirm. Whenever I forget to confirm more than a day or two, they come later than their usual time. It's annoying. I wish the owner would take initiative and confirm with me, rather than the other way around. Other than that, the cleaners do a good job, are trustworthy and pleasant to be around.

They are always punctual and they don't waste a minute getting right to work.  They do a wonderfully thorough job on the kitchen and the bathroom.  They mop the hardwoods on each visit, and the floors have never looked better.  I love coming home to such a clean house.  Superior Housekeeping Service has also washed all of my windows, inside and out.  This is a separate service that they offer.  I must say they did a great job and at at a very competitive price.

They cleaned the entire interior of our two story rental home.  The interior had not been painted for many years and the tenants left the home exceptionally dirty.  Stella came to the house the day after the tenants moved out and arranged to have the house cleaned two days later.  The entire enterior was scrubbed, including walls, woodwork, floors and kitchen and bathroom cabinets and appliances.  They cleaned the inside of the windows.  The interior work was done in one day.  On the second day, the outside of the house was put in order. The vinyl siding and fences were pressure washed, as were the patio, front porch and walk, as well as the front and rear sidewalk.  I am grateful to Stella for preparing the house for the painters and carpet layers so quickly after our tenants moved out.  The entire interior was painted five days after the move out.
Superior has been cleaning my own home for a few years.  I am totally satisfied with Stella and the people that keep our home in order.  I am writing this review now because I have just joined Angie's List, and am so pleased with this business, I want to thank them with this review.  They did a marvelous job cleaning my rental home and did so in quick order.

We last used Stella's services a three months back (we no longer use her). We have used her 6 or so times, The quality of cleaning was high and they did a good job, never an issue. The price and value is about average. Communications and scheduling were terrible, really terrible, no planning, 24hrs heads up on when they were coming, no managing of schedule - which is difficult if you are a person that travels for work. Yeah awful client management.

They were average. They scratched a few items up with an abrasive cleaner that they used. The biggest issue was that they changed management, and sent a different supervisor with a new crew to clean, who had a different cleaning style that we liked less.

Stella struck me as somebody with standards but her team did not live up to the sales pitch.  The did an intial cleaning which went fine.  We worked with them for three weeks before firing Stella.  On the first day, she pulled $100 worth of items from under my bathroom sink and threw it away.  They also didn't clean any of the floors and then Stella made an excuse about it when I spoke with her.  On the second week, they showed up 90m early.  On the third week they showed up 2 hrs late.  Bad customer service experience start to finish.

The owner, Stella, was able to meet with me the day after I called, walk through my house and give an estimate for the spring cleaning service. The cleaning was scheduled for the next business day. I was thrilled at the availability and punctuality of both Stella and her team. Once the crew of three cleaners arrived, I left my house for about 5 hours, and when I returned it literally sparkled! They cleaned everything, even things I hadn't thought of or expected: the cupboard under the kitchen sink, behind, on top of and inside the fridge, inside the tracks of the windows, the top of every door frame, and inside the light fixtures. Fabulous work! They really know how to do this very detailed work in an efficient manner. I felt that the work was well worth the cost.

Stella was able to help me out with very short notice, which was greatly appreciated. She quoted me a price for 15 hours of cleaning. They actually ended up working longer and I was not charged for that extra time.  They did a good job and I would use them again.
