 + -1 moreI worked with Karen Bailey to do my first refinance and had some questions. She didn't return my phone calls punctually and was rude when answering my questions. Stewart Title's fee is on the high end of what title companies generally charge. When I arrived at the office for the closing, I worked with Jessica Epperson who did a beautiful job. However, my experience was already soured for Stewart Title.
Description of Work: I refinanced my home and they took care of the title.
