Title Companies
I worked with Karen Bailey to do my first refinance and had some questions. She didn't return my phone calls punctually and was rude when answering my questions. Stewart Title's fee is on the high end of what title companies generally charge. When I arrived at the office for the closing, I worked with Jessica Epperson who did a beautiful job. However, my experience was already soured for Stewart Title.

They tried to be as helpful as possible and for the answers that they didn't have, they transferred me to an attorney.
