Our property was not ''comparable'' to anything else and Steve worked with us to set the right price; higher than what other realtors were willing to talk about. Then Steve worked to promote the property and sell it for very-near our asking price. Steve was in constant contact with us during the period the home was on the market. He provided reports about what he'd done to promote the property and the kinds of contacts and comments he'd had about it. Steve also provided invaluable advice as we were in the negotiation phase of selling. He really earned his commission.
Description of Work: Sold our home in southwest Portland.
