SERVICE MASTER

I was disappointed in the results of the bedroom carpet--traffic areas and spots did not clean up as well as this company has done in the past. The area rugs cleaned up fairly well, but there was a delivery charge that I was not informed about. I had understood that they would be cleaning those rugs on site.

They came in and set up 2 huge fans and dehumidifiers. They told me I had to keep the fans going and about 30 minutes later, the fan broke. I called them and they said they would come and get it. They came back a week later to take the broken fan and dehumidifier. They never replaced the broken fan, but left the working fan. They left their equipment for about a month. I learned later that they were supposed to be coming daily to check the levels of wetness. Not only did they not never check, but they never called. They said they had left messages but I never got them. In the end they had the wrong phone number for me. They made it my responsibility and they could have came and picked up their fans at any time. This whole experience was awful.

IT 'S BEEN EXCELLENT, IT'S BEEN THE SAME PERSON WHO HAS COME OUT EACH TIME. HE'S DONE A FANTASTIC JOB, THE CARPETS ARE REALLY CLEAN. HE'S VERY PERSONABLE. WHEN I HAD A STAIN HE CAME BACK TO CHECK ON IT. THEY GUARANTEE WORK.

I THINK THAT OUR CARPETS LIGHTENED ABOUT 6 SHADES. I NEVER REALIZED THAT OUR CARPETS WERE THAT DIRTY. THEY HELPED MOVE THE REST OF THE FURNITURE. OUR CARPETS WERE DRY VERY SOON.

I GOT AN ESTIMATE BEFORE I HAD SERVICE MASTER COME OUT AND CLEAN OUR CARPETS. BUT WHEN THEY CAME OUT THEY FOUND PET STAINS THAT THEY SAID HAD TO BE PRETREATED. I WAS KIND OF UPSET THAT I WOULD BE PAYING MORE FOR THEIR SERVICE, BUT I WENT ALONG WITH IT BECAUSE IT WAS NEW CARPET.
