Bob did a superb job. He is responsive, thoughtful, focused on quality, fair and reasonable. He's an excellent communicator and planner who thinks ahead, identifies potential issues before they become reality and offers his best judgment along the way, putting the client's interests first. He does an excellent job finding cost-effective ways to solve problems, but always with high-quality outcomes. I found that he was also extremely reliable, a fast worker, and maintains a strong network of sub-contractors to handle trades he does not do himself (Bob is a general contractor but also does all his own tile work). There were many creative decisions to be made during this project and I leaned heavily on Bob for his ideas and instincts, which were excellent. Having a creative and careful mind working on this project made it easy and low stress, when it could have been the opposite I highly recommend Bob for anyone looking for a very competent, reasonable, high-quality and organized partner in a construction/remodeling or tile project.
