RICH FARRINGTON

Rich is great to work with. He is very creative and very responsive. I was interested in remodeling my house. I knew what I wanted to accomplish, but was not sure how to go about it. As it turned out, my lot is severely limited due to slope and set-backs. Rich came up with several alternative designs, including one that was perfect, but which I had not envisioned. I am extremely pleased with his work. I am now beginning construction of his design. I first encountered Rich when the City of Lake Oswego was considering redevelopment within the downtown area. The City Council (of which I was a member) and the community were stuck and having trouble envisioning what could be placed on the city-owned block. Rich was hired by the City to prepare concept drawings to move the discussion forward. He was very creative and calm in his presentations. His work got the City over a major sticking point and helped us to create a fantastic downtown.
