Description of Work: Reliance has managed our apartment rental for about 6 years. They take care of everything and only contact me when they need approval for maintenance. They respond to my emails within the hour, even on Sundays.They charge only 6 percent of collected rent, 100 to find a renter, and actual charges for maintenance and repair. We had one tenant take us to small claims court and Reliance represented us well. We barely had to think about it as we knew they could handle it. I have recommended them to friends who have rentals.
